Westbrook, ME contracts with CAI to create an ArcGIS Online (AGOL) Culvert Application. City Public Services crew needed a way to map/inventory all of their culverts. In line with other applications developed for performing Sewer Manhole and Outfall Inspections, CAI configured an AGOL WebMap to allow field crews using Collector for ArcGIS to map and populate attribute information associated with each culvert. The Culvert Feature Service was initially populated with culverts that had previously been mapped using site plan/as-built drawings and various GPS field data collection projects.
