Medfield, MA recently partnered with CAI to configure a Property Tax Calculator. Like many communities, Medfield faces rising costs for education, public safety, and essential services, while revenue growth remains limited. Consequently, Medfield and other communities must often consider property tax increases.
To help residents understand the potential impact of a proposed increase, CAI leveraged the Town’s existing ArcGIS Online account to develop a simple, user-friendly Property Tax Calculator.
