Since it was founded in 1985 as Cartographic Associates, Inc, CAI Technologies has been a recognized leader in local government parcel data development. We developed the original parcel fabric, including record research and compilation for more than 250 municipalities and continue to serve the parcel mapping development and annual maintenance needs for over 500 local governments.

Although we have long since sold our survey business to allow the company to focus on local government mapping needs, CAI Technologies maintains an extensive network of licensed land surveyors for referral purposes.

CAI Technologies also specializes in geodatabase design, GPS field collection, and utility infrastructure mapping for both local government and private entities. Our proven approach begins with listening to and understanding our clients’ needs. We follow this step with the cost-effective implementation of proven technology to meet users’ needs and support existing business processes.

The CAI Technologies team works closely with local operators to ensure accurate data collection and incorporation of the critical asset information vital to managing each organization.

Additionally, CAI Technologies has developed and/or incorporated overlay data such as wetlands, zoning, floodplain, and other critical information for our clients.
