Portland, ME recently contracted with CAI to configure and ArcGIS Pro Project for preparing hard copy Tax Maps. It has been many years since the City produced updated hard copy Tax Maps. Existing files indicating sheet scale and rotation angles were reviewed and adjusted as necessary to ensure all parcels associated with a given map were visible. The City maintains their parcel data in the ESRI Parcel Fabric, this data along with other supporting GIS data are referenced in the Pro Project. CAI delivered current PDF Tax Maps as well as the Pro Project that City staff will use going forward to produce updated maps as edits are made. https://www.cai-tech.com/gis-services/
