Old Orchard Beach,ME – As part of the GIS Consulting Services CAI provides to the Town, we recently configured AxisGIS to display permit information in both tabular and spatial formats. Using exports from their iWorQ permit software the Town will be able to update AxisGIS with current permit data. AxisGIS users can then see all associated permits associated with a parcel, or they can view on the map all permits of a certain type. Using the Advanced Query Tool in AxisGIS staff will be able to create custom queries to filter permits and display the results spatially on the map. Staff will also utilize the Advanced Query tool in combination with dynamic layers created by CAI to identify properties where Rental Licenses are required and have not yet been purchased.
