The Capital Region Council of Governments (CRCOG) located in Hartford, CT has selected CAI to support their regional GIS portal and parcel viewer development effort. To meet the CROG’s immediate need as well as setting a foundation for further GIS deployment throughout the region, CAI shall deploy an ArcGIS Enterprise solution consisting of ArcGIS Server, an Enterprise Geodatabase and integration with ArcGIS Online. Methods will be defined and implemented to allow automated updates of the CAMA assessment database extracts created by each of the CROG’s 38 participating municipalities. CAI shall also collect updated parcel data annually for each of these municipalities and incorporate those updates into the CRCOG’s existing parcel data composite.
