Camden, ME has contracted with CAI to map their Stormwater system as well as provide training and software to support ongoing maintenance of their system. CAI currently provides online GIS hosting services to the Town and the Public Works Department is looking to take advantage of CAI’s AxisGIS platform already in place. CAI staff will be on-site performing GPS data collection and mapping of nearly 25 miles of Stormwater system at sub foot accuracy. Once the mapping is completed, CAI shall setup and configure our AxisGIS Editor Service and Collector for ArcGIS allowing the Town to maintain the GIS data created by CAI. On-site training will be provided to staff, showing them how to collect additional features and maintain the GIS data using Editor and Collector.
