The Wells, ME Assessor’s Office recently contracted with CAI to configure Dynamic Layers in AxisGIS to support their ongoing effort to provide fair and equitable property tax assessments. The Town’s AxisGIS service is updated regularly with current data from their Vision Assessing database. Using data available in the Assessing database, CAI configured a publically available data layer showing Property Sales for the past 3 years. In the Town’s AxisGIS Staff Site, CAI configured Sales Ratio, Land Value, Total Assessed Value, Conditional Factor, Land Use, Lot Size, Neighborhood Code and Year Built layers. With each layer being dynamically generated, they will automatically update as new information is added by the Assessor and uploaded to AxisGIS. https://www.axisgis.com/WellsME/
