Lewisboro, NY has contracted with CAI to provide GIS Tax Map Maintenance services, joining 13 other Westchester communities already serviced by CAI. Initially CAI shall migrate their data into our standardized geodatabase maintenance data model. Having the GIS parcel data in the CAI maintenance data model allows CAI staff to perform maintenance more efficiently and ensure data quality. Once migrated CAI shall perform a backlog of edits, updating the data using deeds and plans recorded from 2015 – 2023. Once up to date, CAI shall prepare new PDF and hard copy Tax Maps for the Town.
