Houlton, ME has contracted with CAI to implement add-on functionality and dynamic map layers available with the AxisGIS platform. In addition to a Staff Site, CAI shall setup and configure our Advanced Query module and Document Upload Tool. The Advanced Query module will allow Staff users to create custom queries based on attributes available from linked database tables or GIS data layers. The Town will use the Document Upload tool to link documents to a parcel and designate them for access by staff only, or the public. A dynamic layer displaying parcels sold within the past three years as well as a thematic one comparing sale price to assessed value shall be created and made accessible to users with a Staff login. These dynamic layers will automatically refresh with each upload of new Assessment data, which the Assessor’s office can perform at their convenience.
