Durham, NH through an RFP process has selected CAI Technologies to perform a complete Town wide parcel remapping project. CAI staff will perform record research and recompile onto new orthos and planimetric base each of the Town’s parcels using the most recent deed or survey plan available. Further, for those areas for which the available data does not provide adequate information to determine property ownership, CAI will contact with landowners prior to completion of the project to attempt to get their input on property line location. A new Tax Map grid will be created and all parcels assigned a new unique parcel number. CAI staff will participate in a public review session allowing land owners to review and present information should they believe edits to the maps are necessary. Upon completion of the mapping project CAI will be loading the new parcel layer linked with Assessor CAMA data and other available GIS data layers into our AxisGIS online platform.
