Following a competitive bid process, the State of Vermont, Agency of Transportation (VTrans) selects CAI Technologies to develop standardized digital parcel data for a significant number of Vermont communities. This project is the final phase of a three year effort by VTrans to create an up to date and sustainable standardized parcel layer throughout the State. Tasks range from performing record research and compilation of a GIS parcel layer using deeds/surveys for those Town’s with no existing Tax Maps to digitizing existing paper Tax Maps to align with ortho imagery or reformatting existing GIS parcel data to conform to State Parcel Standards.
