"My experience working with CAI has been more than satisfactory because of their customer service ethic. No matter what the task or issue, they are right there to assist and solve. They go above and beyond any contractual agreement we have with them on a regular basis."
Bruce Woodruff
Town Planner
The Town of Moultonborough, NH has been working with CAI for over 20 years. The foundation of the GIS development began with developing and implementing town wide, spatially accurate parcel data. The initial parcel mapping project included record research and compilation of survey and deed descriptions, as well as implementation of a completely redeveloped, GIS based assessment mapping system. The Town uses CAI Technologies for all its local government GIS Services needs. CAI hosts regular GIS direction workshops in the community, which are critical to the success of guiding and implementing new services and technologies. CAI provides GPS field mapping services for critical infrastructure and has implemented an Esri ArcGIS Server platform that functions in the cloud, which supports data creation, analysis and distribution across all departments.

"CAI has greatly improved the town’s online GIS capabilities, especially in regards to site design and efficiency. In addition to providing exceptional web service, I have noticed that CAI is always developing new strategies to better serve its clients. I am extremely pleased with the level of professionalism that CAI has extended the Town of Wayland, and I am confident that CAI will continue to deliver products that advance Wayland’s GIS into the future."
Brendan Decker, GISP
GIS Coordinator
Initially, the Town Wayland hired CAI Technologies to provide valuable GIS consulting and browser based GIS services. Once implemented, the Town quickly realized the value of leveraging the most advanced Esri technologies to support publishing their GIS data in a browser based environment. This tight technology integration between browser and desktop services, along with CAI's local government consulting staff, now supports more efficient data maintenance workflows, best practices, and cost effective GIS data distribution. As Wayland's GIS needs continued to expand, CAI Technologies implemented "Staff Sites" for distribution of specific department staff GIS data. CAI's secure map services provide the ability for cost effective access to information while meeting specific internal municipal department needs. As the needs of Wayland continue to expand, CAI Technologies solutions will scale accordingly.

"The Town of Killingly has been working with CAI since our original re-mapping project in 2000. From the beginning CAI has been the most accommodating company. The mapping project itself was done so well that we became the standard for other towns to meet in Northeastern Connecticut. From that mapping project through our annual updates, we have found the personnel at CAI to have the most professional yet friendly rapport that makes getting a job well done a pleasure."
Melissa Bonin
Assessor
The Town of Killingly hired CAI Technologies to develop town wide, spatially accurate parcel data. The project included record research and compilation of survey and deed descriptions, as well as incorporation of available overlay data such as USGS topography and FEMA flood maps. While the Town had developed exceptional spatial and attribute data, they faced significant challenges with respect to providing the information to their constituency that was not being adequately met by the technology they were using. CAI Technologies solved that problem by capitalizing on powerful Esri technology and developing a browser based application that has enabled them to easily and cost effectively distribute data, dramatically reducing office traffic and enabling municipal staff to effectively perform their daily responsibilities.
